The NEON IDA program in collaboration with the Norwalk Housing Authority and the Center
for Financial Education provided me with excellent learning experience by offering me
workshops on how to repair and improve my credit, how to budget and manage all my
personal finances and prepared for the process of home buying.
On 10/16/06 my dream came true! I was able to purchase my first home in Norwalk. None
of this would have been possible for all those wonderful organizations for making my dream
become a reality for me and my family.
